Send Files Secret Weapon

One thing we kept hearing from our users and working photographers was the need for a tool that could automate file delivery and sync. So we built it.

Automated FTP Delivery - Perfect for news, entertainment and sport photographers working to a deadline

For years, freelance photographers have been sending their images to various clients and picture desks manually, or using clunky out of date tools like Photoshelter's outbound FTP.

Our Sync tool allows you to set as many outbound FTP SFTP destinations as you want. So with a single file upload, you can deliver your images to every picture desk instantly.

In addition to FTP and SFTP delivery, our sync platform allows you to send your images as email attachments automatically. You can set multiple recipients, set an email template, and then every new file received will be emailed directly to your recipients.

Perfect for sending images to picture desks that don't operate open FTP delivery.

Add Metadata in advance

Using our Metadata tool, you can add full IPTC captions to your JPEGs, either by creating a template using our form builder, or by uploading a premade XMP file. Currently we don't accept placeholders such as photo mechanics auto-populating time and date features, but anything you add will be applied to any incoming files in the root folder.

You can store up to 100 metadata templates and choose to apply any one of them, or none at all. Perfect for any job where you know in advance what your captions need to be.

You can amend which template to add in real time using our website either on desktop or mobile, so you can change them as you go, if you know whose coming (perfect for red carpet events).

Dropbox/Box.com/Google Drive

As well as the traditional routes of delivery, we also offer integrations with Dropbox, Box and Google Drive* (*beta testing, reach out for access)

This means you can upload files straight from your camera or computer, and have the immediately synced to folders in various different cloud providers, as well as FTP delivery.

Are we missing anything? Reach out to let us know which integrations would help your workflow!
